Refund Policy
All requests for refund or credit or transfer must be made by email to admin@housinginstitute.org
Cancellations of individual registration:
- 15+ days notice - 100% refund/credit of registration fees
- 8 - 14 days notice - 50% refund/credit of registration fees
- 0 - 7 days notice - no refund/credit will be provided
Transfer of registration between members from the same organisation will be accepted via e-mail up until 2 days prior to the first day of the event.
Transfer of registration to a future advertised date will be accepted with more then 7 days notice.
