In a world where the number of people we work with daily has multiplied, understanding and harnessing human emotions is critical to being a successful leader. Emotional Intelligence, or EI, is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions and those around you. People with a high degree of emotional intelligence know what they're feeling, what their emotions mean, and how these emotions can affect other people. Emotional intelligence underlies our self-awareness, empathy, leadership and resilience.
This workshop will introduce you to the different factors needed to be an Emotionally Intelligent leader. It will help you to understand your own emotions and those of others, to enhance decision-making, improve communication and enhance performance.
