This workshop introduces Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). It provides an overview of SDA, who it targets, who can manage an SDA property, design standards, maintenance requirements, reporting and data requirements.
Organisations who provide or manage specialist disability accommodation must ensure they are aware of the rules, requirements and obligations that govern the sector. This workshop is a great precursor to the 'Introduction to Managing a Tenancy in Specialist Disability Accommodation' workshop.
