During the workshop we consider the legal and regulatory requirements of rent setting in community housing along with best practice tools to discuss rents and money conversations with tenants.

Sheryl has over 20 years' experience in the Housing and Real Estate Industries in Australia. Starting her career in the Private Rental market before heading over to Social Housing and then Disability Housing in Operational and Management Roles.
During this time Sheryl developed and designed a training program aimed at young people to assist them in gaining entry to the Private Rental Market. She holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and a Diploma in Business Administration as well as being a certified Project Facilitator.
Sheryl believes that they key to a successful career in the Housing Industry is to be able to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues and industry members, and to always be open to new ways of learning.
