More than ever we rely on the written word to communicate with stakeholders and customers.  Emails, texts, letters, websites, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, which gives us only 140 characters to make our point.

Today, the most effective business messages are clear, concise and easy to understand.  This 3-hour workshop session will help you craft clear, concise and positive written communications.  You will learn simple methods to help structure emails, letters, reports, and tweets; understand the benefits of plain English and explore the correct use of grammar.
