The ahi: proudly presents the FREE Social and Affordable Housing Asset Management Roadshow Wrap Up Webinar.

Join our industry Asset Management experts from the academic, corporate and community sectors. they unpack the Asset management Roadshow presentations, themes and findings from the Sydney, Auckland, South Australia, Melbourne and Brisbane masterclasses.

This FREE webinar is also designed to create opportunities to exchange ideas and innovative practice in managing housing portfolios.

We will also present the collated industry feedback (by jurisdiction); comparing what is important across Australia and New Zealand in the the development of the NAMS manual and how this will influence the direction of the sector.

All registered Asset management professionals from the roadshow masterclasses will automatically be registered for the webinar.

Jacqui started working on site with a UK national house builder over 34 years ago. She progressed into project and development management for one of the largest housing associations in the UK before moving into consultancy.

Jacqui has researched and written policy papers for the Homes and Communities Agency, whilst also developing the asset management and investment planning models for Savills on some of the UK’s largest housing stock transfers, as well as being a board member for a smaller scale housing Association.

Since moving to Perth in 2013 Jacqui has delivered some of the State larger infrastructure projects; 37 hospital refurbishments, tertiary hospital expansions, independent certification of the PPP for schools in WA and Victoria and Rio Tinto’s real estate strategy.

Jacqui is vice-chair of the Chartered Institute of Building in WA, supporting undergraduates and graduates into the construction industry.

Tracy is the Pou Herenga Whai Rawa - Asset Manager for the Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) who lead on urban regeneration activity in Tāmaki to achieve four equally important objectives:
* social transformation
* economic development
* placemaking
* housing resources to ensure thepeople of Tāmaki have an awesome place to live, work and raise a family.

As a certified asset management (CAAM) and facilities management (CFMANZ) specialist she has over 15 years’ experience in providing leadership, quality advice and optimized decision making in asset management planning to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time to enable the delivery of outstanding services.

Tracy has a wealth of asset management planning knowledge and expertise in establishing and maintaining asset management systems including outcomes focused Levels of Service that drive quality decision making.

Alongside her work, Tracy was previously a board member of the NZ Chapter of the Asset Management Council and is also a board member of COMET Auckland, Te Hononga Akoranga, a
charitable trust whose mission is to work with the education sector to create systems change for more equitable learning pathways for all.
