Case notes are an integral and important part of practice. It's important to our clients that we keep good records.
This workshop is designed for those who have an obligation to make case notes and records of events for social housing clients. This fully interactive session will provide participants with information about their legal and professional obligations when making case notes and records, including minutes of meetings.
