In an open and entertaining discussion facilitated by ahi: members, we will delve into working life:

• What makes your organisation different and more appealing to others?
• What does your team do to ensure it supports each other i.e. team building?
• What career advancement is there for you (if you are interested) or others in your organisation?

• Are you part of a mentoring/mentee program?
• And if you are involved in recruitment, what do you look for in staff?

We'll also be discussing what you would like the ahi: to do m ore of and more importantly, what would you like the Victorian Branch to do that will make your professional life more interesting/easier/fun.
